Seeking onsite bench jewelers with min of 2 years of experience in jewelry repairs.
Required skills include:

Maintain safety and security protocols specifically associated with shop equipment and chemicals.

Demonstrated Knowledge/experience of a Laser Welder Machine.

Experience working with diverse materials (e.g., platinum, yellow gold, white gold) and gemstones/diamonds.

Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and multiple staff levels.

Organizational, interpersonal skills and partnership skills.

Experience with performing and expediting jewelry repairs.

Flexible to work retail hours, weekends and overtime to support the needs of the business.

Working professionally, efficiently, and courteously with all Store and Company staff, fostering teamwork and respect.

Supporting other shops as well as our home office when there are work overflows or special projects.

Providing cost estimates for additional shop/ jeweler personalization options that the customer can entertain depending on desires.

Consulting directly with staff and customers as needed to help ensure customer needs are met through the sales process and/or the repair process.

Must possess a high level of visual acuity and manual dexterity.

Great ability to provide and receive feedback from peers, supervisors, and customers and adapt behavior with coaching.

Comfortable with technology, especially tools like Computer Aided Design (CAD) and 3D Printer.

Must be able to effectively manage deadlines.

Must be able to demonstrate basic communication skills in both written and spoken English, as well as basic math.

Jewelry certification preferred but not required.

Watch Repair Technicians
Full Time
$56,035 - 58,035/year
Seeking onsite Watch Repair Technicians with min of 2 years of experience in jewelry repairs.

Required skills include:

Appropriately estimate needs of each timepiece shown.

Assemble all case components, check and ensure the waterproofness of cases.

Full service on movements, movement dismantling, replacement/fixing of broken parts, cleaning, reassembling, rate check and adjustments.

Analyze and make decisions to define proper methodology to repair movements.
-
Use or develop adequate tools or processes to correct issues that can arise during the repair process.
-
Respond to needs quickly, at times performing emergency repairs under pressure.
-
Ensure all required services for the customer have been carried out and watches are ready.
-
Work in coordination with the rest of the team to ensure smooth operations (maintain equipment & tools, order consumables).
-
Maintain a clean and efficient space in personal work area and in general workshop.
-
Must maintain a quick & efficient workflow, repairing numerous watches per day, mixing complex and standard work tasks.

Must be independently able to successfully complete repair tasks such as: repair crowns, stems, dials and gaskets; chain and clasp repairs; crystal replacement, pressure seal and test; repair of movement pieces and time accuracy analyzer.

Battery replacement.

Prior experience and knowledge of correct way to restore family heirloom time pieces.

Must be able to use Swiss standard equipment such as Witschi timing and water resistance equipment, to properly control job.
